It may not be the most glamorous house by Sims-standards; but don't knock it, it's the house I grew up in. My home near Chicago was the epitome of late 60s/early 70s midwest American suburbia, and now it's perfect for your growing Sim family. The first floor features a living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, family room, utility room, and 2 car garage (you'll have to buy your own car!). A large fenced-in backyard with patio and pool is great for weekend barbeques. There are 5 bedrooms (my dad claimed one for his study so my brother Jim and I had
to share) and 3.5 baths on the second floor so no more standing on line for a shower, etc. With the help of photos I was able to get the decor pretty accurate; but if you don't like it, change it. . . I won't be offended.
