This lot was built and photographed at 1007 Pomona Promenade in Appaloosa Plains. You can place this lot on any size 64X64 or larger. I play tested this lot to ensure usability. I use all EP's and Stuff Packs except for Fast Lane, and my game is updated to the latest patches. This lot is Fully Furnished and comes equipped as shown in the floor plan and screenshots. I used items from stuff packs, if you don't have them, default items will show instead.
