I´ve made a new lot (30x30) on the beach west of Sunset Valley, you can see the spot on the last picture. If it doesn´t fit a 100 % you can use the soften terrain tool for the edges. This lot is made before Pets, it´s not furnished so it shouldn´t be a problem, I hope.
