Installation Instructions:

You MUST download this file as a ZIP or the content will not show! Put the PACKAGE files in your downloads folder. Then either double-click the Sims2Pack file for the lot, or use CleanPack Installer to install it to your game.

This lot works best in the Moon Isles Neighborhood near the bottom left hand side. Beach lots are touchy, and if not placed properly they can crash your game...this is why they are in a special lot area of your game instead of bunched with the others. Beach lots work best when you place them in whatever direction they came out of the lot bin. So if you open it and it is facing AWAY from you, you MUST place it in a spot that faces away from you. If you turn a beach lot to try to place it, you risk crashing your game! Line it up so the waterlines match and you should be just fine. Happy simming!
