Part 2 - "The 8 Bottles Bar" Upgrade
I present to your attention - the project "StrangerVille". This will be a NoCC project to slightly improve the look of the town, without changing its essence and mood too much. All lots are tested in the game and interact with the main quest.
Years later, my beloved Sim family returned to StrangerVille to sort out some business. After living there for several days, they felt some discomfort from the surrounding lots, which did not quite fit into the urban background development. Thus, the idea arose to create a new project to transform this original, slightly boring, but amazing and mysterious town. Thus, the bar and library remained in their places and are fully functional. Scientists and military appear at the right time.
I also created several new NoCC lots and I'll present to you later .

How to load correctly a lot
1). - From the map of the town, go to the lot indicated in the screenshot No. 3.
2.) Remove old buildings on the lot.
3). Enter cheat codes starting with testingcheats true
4). Go to your Sims in-game library and look for a lot called The "8 Bottles" Bar
