The Old Pier Beach in Sunset Valley is severely lacking. No seaside restaurant? No beach music? Not even a bathroom? Boring and inconvenient, thank you.
This is the Old Pier Beach after a much-needed renovation, which is not only far more beautiful, but includes a bistro (with outdoor seating and romantic lighting), two self-service bars, four luxury restrooms (including showers), two fully stocked refrigerators, a grill, a picnic table, a fishing pond, a fire pit, a hammock, six beach chairs, and even a guitar.

I used no EPs or SPs, which means all you need is the base game. All you have to do is download and install this lot, then bulldoze the Old Pier Beach and replace it with this.
