I’ve all Expansions and Stuff packs up to Island Paradise installed on my computer.
This house includes items from following EP’s and Stuff Packs:
Expansions: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime, Seasons, University, Island Paradise
Stuffpacks: High-End Loft, Outdoor Living, Town Life

Includes some objects from TSR Artists rebecah and matomibotaki.

You need two files from Helen, the dolphins and the marine animals. You can find the two files *ON THIS SITE*

There are multiple objects in the two files.
You need to install the Dolpin 9 from the Dolphin file and
from the marine animal file you need to install the angelshark, shark, orca2, huge reef, manta, blue marlin and thunfish.

NOTE: Please install these files before installing the lot.

This lot can also be used without the external CC. In this case there are only a few objects missing, but the lot is fully functional and can be placed in your world.

You must own all above mentioned expansions, stuff packs,Custom Content and EA Store items if you want the lot to look exactly like shown on the pictures in your game!

I`ve recolored some objects in the game.
Just install the lot via launcher..
