If your sims want to move in to a house with beautiful antique exterior and light, elegant interior design, then a building in Lorves Row is right for them! This three story row-house is an ideal home for a young family. Golden Colonial unit consists of one master bedroom, living room, large kitchen and dining room and two bathrooms. This unit also has a lounge type of room and a study room. There is also a backyard with BBQ area and a balcony on the third floor. Happy simming!
