Queen of Hearts. Non-recolorable.

When the Parisians of feudal era France drew up the first playing cards and assigned different meanings to them, they fashioned the Queen of Hearts card after the Biblical heroine Judith. She was a Hebrew widow whose people were under attack by the Assyrians, and so she decided to infiltrate the enemy camp as a maid and ingratiate herself with the Assyrian king, Holofernes. She gained his trust, and waiting one night until the king was asleep with drink she crept into his tent and decapitated him, sending his head back to her people and causing the enemy army to withdraw.... I wonder how much of the Old Testament Lewis Carroll was reading when he famously attached the motto, 'Off with their heads!'; to his own Queen of Hearts centuries later.... Hrrrmmmm....
