I could't decide how to build a house on this lot so I have made 3 options! Built on a community lot, 2 Sun Song Ave, these properties still have all of the community activities available but with the added benefit of a residential property on the lot. Now your sims never have to leave their favourite community lot!!

The Duo:
The Larger house is as follows:
Ground floor has 2 double bedrooms with en suites, study/gym area, doors to front and rear of house.
First floor has Kitchen/diner, bathroom, large lounge area and access to a balcony.
Outside there is a patio area and a pool.

The Smaller house is as follows:
Ground floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 single, bathroom, double height kitchen diner and doors to the rear of the house. First floor has a large open plan lounge/study balcony overlooking the kitchen/diner. Outside there is a patio area. The house has fantastic sea and light house views from the lounge.
