Thanks for your comment on my new lot 68 Phoenix .. you asked how many sims can it hold. Quite a few. the 2nd level has 3 spacious bedrooms... the master with en suite bath and the two other rooms could easily hold two twin beds in each ( maybe three twins) Unfortunately TSR restricts us with screen shots.. only 1 of exterior and one of interior. ( unlike Sim3 where you can post up to 8 pics!) Hope that helps!All my lots have easy game playing in mind.. so I dont use elevation cheats inside etc. Happy Simming!
