Hi Amy, I've just started the Slack Traveller challenge and so far so good. I’m finding it interesting from the point of exploring the Bon Voyage EP. Did you know that your screenshot isn’t visible? ~ Gwen

This is a reply to your query about SIMcredible's screenshot:
Did you have the Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat on? If so, that sometimes effects the game with errors for me, IDK if it happens with you too. Also, cc or downloaded items also make the game a little slower, or maybe the ep's you have installed-(Bon Voyage takes up a whole lot of memory, I hear) Um, yeah, so I hope this helped...a little...

Hello!
Thanks for add a comment on my burnt guy shot.
Well, about the question you did... I don't know exactly what determines if a sim will be ugly red or beautiful tan after sunbath. In fact, I believe it is random. I always put my sims on the beach and they use to change the skin color after a whole "afternoon" on the sunbath. When that guy on the screenshot appeared red hot burnt I had at the same time his brother totally different, with a beautiful tan skin. I put both to sunbath at the same time and the results were different to each other. The sunbath new skin usually lasts a whole season (5 sim days). In the next season, the sim returns to his/her original skin color.
I am sorry to hear you had crash Some time ago, I played beach with the sims in a friend's house and I noticed that when they changed the skintone color to a tan or red burnt one the game was quite slow. I thought it would crash but in fact the big big slow happened because the game was changing/updating their thumbnail to their new skintone color after the sunbath.
I really thought it would crash so, I believe that depending of the system specs, this skin change may occur slowly or faster and sometimes it may crash a game...
Anyway, I don't know if it was what happened with you.
It is strange that you had a problem with that sim because the sunburn does not last forever. The fact of your sim displays the sunburn result in the 4 seasons really shows that something was wrong probably at the moment she/he was burnt,
and the game always deal with weird/wrong actions with a crash...
I wish I could help you more accurate!
Good luck & have a nice day,
Andres
