Thank you for your comments on my beach house. I couldn't find any tutorials, because like you, I love the beach houses. I was waiting on someone to build another and I decided to try myself. At first, I had a hard time getting the slope on the lot right, then got bored and decided to build a lot elsewhere in Bluewater. I placed the lot on the sloped sides by the mountainside roads, and entered the lot to place small foundation, then saved it. From the neighborhood, I moved the lot to the coast and the water comes up on it. I used the 3X2 (long length) and that way alot of the back end was sloped underwater. Try it, I hope this helps.
