Read this if you want to find and to place the water alcove:

This object can be found in MISCELLANEOUS DECOR. The same as a rug, Sims can walk on it. You can recolor The border and the water. AND, it has another function. To not get a hole in the ceiling below, when you place it, it puts a ceiling lamp to the floor below, and this lamp is fully functional. This Lamp can be recolor too, and it can be duplicated to be placed in another room.

About the way to put objects on the Bathtub, you can find a transparent object in MISCELLANEOUS DECOR, you place it on the bathtub and then you can put many objects on it.

The large Mirror, can be found in Sculptures.

The wooden slabs and the stone one can be found in MISCELLANEOUS DECOR too.

The 2 different Shelves are in MISCELLANEOUS SURFACES.
