To get the CCs to show up in game: Locate your browser's Downloads folder. Once you have that open, locate and open your Documents folder. Locate and open the Electronic Arts folder. Locate and open the Sims 4 folder. Locate and open the Mods folder. Go back to your browser's Downloads folder, drag the .package files into the Mods folder. Sometimes after an update, the "Enable Custom Content and Mods" button will be unchecked in the game options under "Other" tab. Make sure that button and the "Script Mods Allowed" button are checked. Hope that helps!
