Hi! To make a Sim you have downloaded from a site like this one appear in your game you have to unzip the download folder and put those files in the Trayfolder from your game (Trayfolder can be found in the same place as the Mods folder)

In order to get the Sim looking the way it does in the photos of the post, you also have to download all CC linked in the Required tab of the post, and put those in the Mods folder.

After doing this, you should be able to find her in your personal saved Gallery! Hope this helps
