We don't have a Mac so, we don't know how our objects work on it.
Anyway, hope an update can fix the glass issue.

As we already said, our files are created from a patched game. So, they require the latest patch to work. We tested the flowers on an outdated game, no patch installed and all vases are gone, just like yours. Then, we updated this second computer and all glass plants are working fine.
So, if your game is fully patched and you still is having this trouble, I am sorry to say I can not help you since my 2 machines have these plants working. Also, only you and another downloader reported this, but this other person didn't return an answer to tell us if her game is patched or not, so we don't know.
Really sorry, we are online for 14 years and we use to help our downloaders but this case is really unique and new. We are very disappointed in being unable to help you. So sorry. Don't know what EA did to change plant glass vases as they did
Hope it is solved on next patch.

The issue with glass happens when your game is outdated. As we always say, your game must be fully patched to have our objects working properly.

We have 2 machines to test the files we create and one of them was outdated. This issue with glass disappearing was happening on them. So, we patched the 2nd machine and all glasses are working fine.
Seems EA changed some internal code for plant glasses and if your game is not patched this happens. So, when you fully patch your game, they will work
