Hi there and welcome to TSR! Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for downloading Simspiration General Hospital. Your sims should be able to do everything at this hospital that can be done at any other rabbit-hole hospital. The rabbit-hole itself is actually a carpet tile on the second floor of the hospital; click on that to send your sims to the hospital. Hope that helps. -trin
