When u download Sandyville, unzip the file.
All seven files has to be put into the Sims 4 Tray folder. That folder is in
Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4 -
Tray. Move them seven files into your tray folder. When u go into your gallery, on the left hand side, scroll down to advanced and make sure u have custom content clicked, it will show up then.

Dont put the zip file into the folder, maybe thats what went wrong for you
