Um....thank you?   I'm not sure which lot (though it looks as though it may have been lulu's lot that you're mixing up one of mine with?) I DID make a home that was a featured lot with the street-name of Park Avenue BUT it wasn't 3......I usually have addresses with 3 or 4 numbers ie 500 block of, 1200 block of etc.   But I do make LOTS of lots & the majority are 100% MAXIS ONLY & if you figure out which lot it was (IF it was mine) I'd love to know what you liked.....helps for making better lots.   Have a SIM-tastic time playing with whoever's lot you got.

Thank you for your lovely comment on 3 Park lane. All the furniture is included in the SimsPack. If you download and you have all the packs, it should look just like the house. All my houses have the furniture pictured, unless otherwise stated. I'm glad you like, download and enjoy

When you download any cat/dog you'll find the cat/dog in create-a-family OR by taking your Sims to the pet store on a community lot (calling pet services & adopting a pet won't show you ALL breeds which is what each new cat & dog is considered).....& it doesn't matter that you've got additional packs....I've got the ALL.   You purchase a pet bowl in buy/misc/pets then have a sim child-elder selected then click the pet dish "fill bowl" will pop up...click THAT & your sim will whip out a box of kibble from their back pocket (wow those are some DEEP pockets. LOL ) when you see that the food is getting low click "clean" then click again "fill bowl". Happy SIM-ing!
