I have been a simmer, off and on, for almost 20 years. When Sims 1 came out I could finally combine my childhood love of a doll houses and paper dolls into one wonderful game. In all this time a total lack of artistic skills have prevented my involved with the creative aspect of the game, I am still really behind the time of a skilled gamer but I love building houses (never as beautiful as these offered by the creative community) or "dressing my sims" in lovely clothes created by the same community. Most of all in all this time I have had a greet admiration for the artistry and skill of the creative community and appreciate all the beauty they bring to the more pedestrian among us.

I still enjoy the myriad possibilities the game offers, the greater graphics and fun each new iteration of the Sims provided for me. I may be an old lady now but the kid in my still loves the fun this game has brought to even the most unsophisticated of sims enthusiast.
