Phoebe should be base game compatible but you need to add stuff to make her look like she does such as her skin is teru k-see the link on her. If you don't add that she won't look like my picture. Most of the hairs here at TSR are base game compatible-just read creator notes to be sure. I do own all the expansions so I do use clothes from other expansions.

You don't need all the expansions for her clothes-some are included with her but if you don't have the expansions the game should give you clothes for her and then of course you can put new stuff on her!!

Hiya to your question on Demi. Yes she is base game compatible to the extend that the sim itself will install and work in base game. Some of the clothes accessories etc. might be from expansions but these will simply be replaced with similar items from your game. Hope this answers your question and have a great sunday
