Hey, you need to download the custom content that was used on the sim in order the sim to appear the same as in the pictures. Here is my video tutorial on how to install sims - https://youtu.be/F4CDgnhowRQ

Hm....
! Make sure you put all CC in: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
! After downloading the Sim UNPACK the ZIP FILE (zip = 5 files) and place these 5 files in:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
! In the game options make sure it selecting the option "show modified content"
! Must working perfectly
