Hello! This is a very late reply, but.. I suppose it's better than never?.. Haha, anyways, I copy and pasted the message I left on my "Orisa Top" where the file wasn't a Sims3Pack, but something different instead. Here you go! ::

" Hello everyone, a very late comment on this, but I wanted to place this comment here for now at least, to avoid future people worrying how to download this. I don't know why I did it, it's been 2 years, ha! But it appears that the file is not your usual Sims3Pack, but actually a Package. So it's more like the way you have to install like Sims 4 CC: by placing the files in a folder. Fear not! I found a TSR page, where they explain how to install Sims3Packs and below that, it explains how to install Packages. Copy the link below to proceed to this page!
