I am glad you enjoyed our paintings and I'm sorry you are experiencing problems.

We have it at our games and there's nothing wrong with them. It is a base game file and the game is loading properly.
Is your game fully patched / updated? Because our files only work in fully patched games.
If your game is up to date and it is still causing troubles, we suggest you to redownload, replace the file and try again. So far no one contacted us with this same issue. That's why seems your game is not fully updated.
