I see yes. They are skin details. Anyone who creates skin detail skins, will pop up automatically in CAS. I can start making them just face paints, so they will not pop up in CAS. I haven't yet learned how to make them default skintones. So, I will just start doing them as face paint so it won't have it as skin details.
