Hi Lynn! Sorry you're having problems installing "Marlow". Have you tried using the S2 Pack Clean Installer? I no longer have S2 so I can't modify the file.

It's probably because something is ticked in your download to automatically open in sims 2 when you've downloaded a file. Anything you download should not open up any programme at all after it is downloaded to the appropriate folder. When you download any sims 3 item, make sure the right folder is selected and download it into that folder. Then it should work ok You can check if something is set to automatically open by clicking the little arrow beside the file at the bottom of your page and you will see : Open | Always open files of this type or Show in folder. Make sure that Always open files of this type is not selected. Does all sims 3 mods and packages open with sims 2 for you? If not i'm at a loss as to why one would, unless accidentally it was selected to open specifically with sims 2. But if you check the intructions i wrote hopefully that will help fix the problem Have a good day! 😊

Nope its definitely sims 3 but you have to create a mods folder . It does and should not open in any game at all not even sims 3. It should only show up once you are in the Sims 3 game. The directory should be MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/Sims3/Mods/Packages folder. You must have a mods folder in your sims 3 folder in order for it to show in your game. It would make no sense for me to have a sims 2 link or item since i don't even play the game??
