Hey! Thank you very much for your comment 🖤 At first make sure that your game is updated to the newest version. Download the lot with the button 'Download', the zip file will most likely be in the Downloads folder on your computer. Next you have to unzip the file in your Tray folder which is located in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. Start the game, go to the Gallery and then go to the My Library tab, the lot should be there. If this doesn't work for you, you can always try downloading it with the TSR CC Manager, I've checked both of these installation options and they work fine. Hope I helped you!
