You will have to forgive me because I do not speak Polish but I will try to answer your question in English. If you are asking how to add the house to your game, first you have to download the file from TSR. It is a large file so this may take a long time.Then start your Game Launcher, click on "Downloads" and then select the house and click "Install". Again since the house is a large file, it may take a long time to install. Once it is installed, start your game and load your town. Click on "Show Empty Houses" and select the house you just downloaded. Click on "Place Copy" and then click on an empty 30x30 lot, such as 477 Sunnyside Blvd in Sunset Valley, and then click "Accept". Now you can move your Sims into the house. I hope this helps.
