I like to ruthlessly evict, renovate and build on the best sites in town. Sims property owners beware: your apartment block/look-out/fishing spot/beach/fire station is about to become something better, bigger and pricier.

But honestly, I doubt I could have half as much fun without the incredible artists here at TSR. Slowly improving my creative Simming abilities, one lot at a time.
