Hi there ShinYH and welcome to TSR. I hope you'll have a lot of fun with all of us here ! To answer your question : To download a house from TSR just click on the download button on the bottom left of the house's picture. When done, you'll find it in the download folder of your computer as a Sims3pack file. Click or double click on this file and the house will be installed directly in your game via the launcher. In your game go in "Modify the city". You'll find the house in your empty houses catalog. You can then place the house anywhere you like on a residential lot of the same size (or bigger) than the house you downloaded. I hope this will help. Have fun
