A decor notebook? No way! It's fully functional ◕◡◕
We are designers, not modders. Which means we are able to change the objects look, visual and design. However, we don't add or remove new features to an object. It's just think "does the game have an object doing this?" if the answer is no, then we don't have how to do it either (๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑) But yes, the game has computers. So, we can make a "notebook looking" computer cloned from a PC. We can't however, make it closed, as it was on Sims3, since there's no such base in Sims4 to clone from
