Thank you for your comment on "DOTTY".   I'm pretty sure that so long as you have Pets(the expansion pack) it should load into your game; just put it into your download folder like you would any cuxtome content, since it is made using only the tools that MAXIS provided it should not make the same sort of trouble for computers as a new object or outfit would, your Sims will find this "new breed" by going to a PETSTORE to purchase it OR in create a Sim it should appear in the small dogs section.   IF you have any trouble please let me know.   Have a SIM-tastic week!
