Hi SuzieQ Thanks for leaving an honest comment on my Split-level Staircase tutorial. That you don't want to develop this side of your game is something I respect. But you must have noticed that I'm very careful in all my tutorials to say that I don't see CFE as a cheat at all - I call it a command because it doesn't make game-playing easier, when used well it makes it more lifelike! ----- Let me explain, if that's OK? I don't live in the sun-drenched flat world of the Californian Maxis creators - and neither do most of the folk who play the game - and to create buildings more like the real buildings we live in we need to change the parameters Maxis set out.
