I take request, but only if I like the house's picture, and I need floorplan if possible, pictures about the house front view, and if possible about the backyard. You can take a post to the TSR Forum/Sims 3/Build A Lot Forum, I check it on every days. I need to know the lot size, (what kind of sims will be live there, ages, gender, if you want that I to furnish it), do you want cc or not, do you want base game compatible, (or I have only WA, Pets, Island Paradise, Town Life Stuff, Diesel Stuff), and can I use build items cc (the best if yes).Have a nice day and Happy Simming!
