Kitchen & Bathroom Stuff!!
Hi!Now I have it:
- The fresh new Kitchen Stuff Pack on my desk!!
Can't wait to install it but I have to! I am dying to start building again, but I really have to finish with my garden first. We managed to build the major part of the terrace last weekend - and I was dealing with 3000 kg:s of stones to decorate the walls that surround our front yard. Every muscle hurts but it's only good after all this sitting by the computer! I will have to order more stones to get the right impression and with my husband we will continue to finish with the details of the terrace.
What it come to Sims2 building I am collecting ideas and will start bulding soon. I try to build some of the houses with only University, Home Busines and Nightlife EP:s so that the lots would be available for as many as possible.
Happy simming to everyone!

Building my lot in real life:)!
Hi!Spring is beautiful and also full of outdoor work in the garden! We are going to rebuild our terrace with friends next weekend, so I'll be really busy! It is a large terrace and practically our only "outdoor living room" because we live on a very steep & rocky ridge. There'll be quite a few friends helping, weather should be fine - sunny and relatively warm - and I think we'll have a really good time working together!!
I have set aside my Arles collection, though I should sumbit the home business that is almost ready. After that I feel like returning to white buildings, lot of glass, seaside views... I'd actually love to have a holiday by the sea....
Anyway, thanks to everyone who visits my site!!
Happy simming,
Tiina:)
For those who speak Finnish....
Hi,I just found a really good Sims2-site, where everything is in Finnish. I know only too well that trying to cope with a foreign language requires extra energy and it's very likely that misunderstandings happen. Therefore I'd like to warmly recommend www.radosims.com for those who want to know more but can't use English. Please forward this information to all who you think need it.
I can't desing enything at the moment. I have my job where temporarily I must work for two, because my collegue is absent; my paintings require a lot of my time - I have several ordes, it's nice but tough - and my baby girl will be 18 soon and I need to plan a nice party for that. I can't understand that she's all grown up, it was only yesterday when she was a sweet little girl!!! And anyway I really would like to have a computer of my own! I'm so fed up with stanting in the queue waiting for my son (15) stop playing, waiting for my daughter stop sending messages to her friends...
Life is hard, don't you think;))!
There'll be a new free starter lot soon to be downloaded. I would also like publish my community lots that look like provencial small towns, but that may take some time because of RL.
Anyway, have fun and happy simming!!!!

Les Miserables d'Arles
Hi!It's almost midnight but just a few words before I go to bed:
I've just submitted a new lot, fully furnished and wornout, specially designed for your young & poor sim family.
Thanks to MsBarrows, who's Poorhouse set gave me this idea today! You know, I have a warm spot in my heart what it comes to poor sims & poor people! Since I've been quite poor myself at some point of my life, I know what it is like. This house, though, is also wornout, ugly and messy, and that – mind you – has nothing to do with being poor!! I actually love to be able to make things look nice without that much cash… But never mind, I have submitted this new lot today after making a sketch at work during my lunch break!! I hope you’ll like it!!

Happy simming!

More Lots Under Construction...
Hi!Thanks to all who have aswered to the poll so far! I already see, what things are important and what less important! It will be so interesting to see (after a month or so), what the results will be. I will use the information so that I could build lots that meet your sims' needs!
I have new plans for the Rue d'Arles Collection of Houses, and I will submit both furnished and unfurnished versions, if possible. I have ideas concerning the Free Time EP - houses designed for certain hobbies and interests. I'd also like to furnish with custom TSRAA items, because that allows me to use color themes. I am sorry to say that Maxis basic game content does not quite offer that many possibilities.
I also got valuable advise from izazu and ladylombardi! That makes it possible to decorate the houses in a better way!!
I found wonderful new floor and wall designs from Lianaa's site, thanks to Clyne Fashions!!! I hadn't realized that Lianaa designs building items, too! (My sims have tons of her clothing designs in their closets...)
Well, I will jump into the great world of sims2 building and hope to be able to produce lots of lots that you find functional and nice in your game!!!!!!
Happy simming!

Thank you,you unknown person, who has been The Very First One to answer my poll questions!!!

Coming soon: Rue d'Arles!
Bonjour! Finally I am getting something ready!
I have built and tested two houses of my new Rue d'Arles Collection. One starter house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (Terracotta House #1, small lot, price 19.900§) and a two bedroom house with a pool & a new Maxoid Monkey's car included (Terracotta House #2, small lot, price about 45.000§). Those are ready to be submitted quite soon.
I have also tested the Bistro d'Arles, but found several mistakes in it and will fix the lot as soon as possible. The Bistro is a mixture of a French outdoor café and an English pub. There's also a small food store included.
Rue d'Arles is a collection of lots built in a provencal / Southern French style. In real life spent a lot of time there 5 - 10 years ago: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Arles, Camargue and I like the houses that seem to have grown from the landscape. It just can't be denied that there's a certain charm in that area. The warmth and the rythm of life is something quite different than here in the north where especially in the winter time you definitively need to get back in as soon as you've "tasted" the air outside... rain, dark hanging clouds, daylight that lasts only 4 hours... I have to say, though, that Le Mistral was quite a cold surprise and the provencal winter can be quite tough, too. But actually all this has nothing to do with the new lots! I'll submit a couple of screenshots so that you can see (if anyone is interested...!?!) what the new look is like!
There will be more houses and more community lots in this collection. I have several ideas, but once again my work is seriously damaging my sims2-creating-time...!! No, actually one should not say that because having a job is something to be happy about, don't you think??!!
Thank you Cyclonesue again for the very beautiful wallcolors and my everlasting favourite the invisible driveway. And thanks to Maxoid Monkey as well, I like the new car a lot!!!
A bientôt, mes ami(e)s!!!!
Tiina:))
Always something good, too...
During the past 2 - 3 days I have been downloading tons of items here in TSR. And it's actually quite amazing and intimidating to see how truly talented TSR artists are!!! I can hardly wait to get home ang start playing again (I write this at work...!!)!!!I still keep thinking about my Knightsbridge lots, but haven't really built anything yet. I want to start with a couple of starter homes and a French style cafe. My original idea has changed, let's see what will come out! It is possible that the name changes as well!
Happy simming!!
Tiina:)
