It took me some time to get things sorted out IRL with problems here and there. And Sims and everything were on the bottom of my list. Anyway, the problems still exist but you just can't go on feeling sorry for yourself. A fairly simple house this is. It contains 3 apartments but only the house in the middle is accessible. The outside is classic although with simple lines. Because brick is such a friendly looking material I used it for this lot. The light yellow colour fits in a town with beach and sea right across the street.
