Hi! sorry for getting back with you late. Whenever one of my creations says Mesh Needed in the title, then you need to download the mesh. I would say 95% of my cc needs a mesh. Sometimes I recolor the same item multiple times that uses the same mesh. So you would only need to download the mesh once for those cases. Hopeful this helps, but if you have any more questions please ask!
