You can extract files using 7zip. 7zip is a free program, which I
downloaded from Cnet. Once you have downloaded 7zip and installed it,
download the dress file saving it to your computer. Now you should find
the archive in the downloads folder under My Documents. If you saved it to
your computer correctly you should see it in there. Right click it,
select 7zip, then open archive. Now you will extract it using the
extract button on the left. Extract it using the button with the three
dots to My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads. If you do not have a
downloads folder under your The Sims 2 folder, you can create one.
Right click a blank spot in the folder, select new, and then folder. The
folder will be named New Folder. You can rename it by right clicking it
and selecting rename. Make sure you capitalize the "D" in Downloads. I
