Thanks or checking out my Candy Land lot! By default it's a Residential Lot, not a Community lot, so your sims should be able to move right on in. But it really should be a Community Lot. You can change what type of lot is in Edit Town Mode, and clicking the lot and pressing the button Change Lot Type. Happy Simming!
