In this case, try a clean boot of the game.
For this purpose:
1. Add a name to The Sims 4 game folder, eg The Sims 4-old game.
2. Start the game (and enter some neighborhood), then save the game using the "Save As" option - then a new The Sims 4 folder will be created in the Documents> Electronic Arts directory.
In the new game, check the wallpapers.

Hi!
The wallpapers are working fine, I just checked them in-game.
Do it this way:
1. Take the Mods folder from the game to the computer desktop.
2. From The sims 4 folder - delete the following files / folders:
- cache,
- cachester,
- onlinethumbnailcache,
- localthumbcache.package
These are temporary memory files (save game errors) - after restarting the game, new ones will be played - without errors.
3. Repair the game on Origin
4. Start the game, then enter some world - and exit the game without saving.
5. When you start the game, a new Mods folder will be created - put only these wallpapers there and check them in the game.
6. If the wallpapers are still displayed incorrectly, it will mean that the mods removed broke your game. However, they certainly did not make this wallpaper, as no update affects the walls or floors.
The updates do not affect paintings and other decorations.
The current game update mainly broke the CAS / CC mods, and all the modifications with scripts, also the mod for the number of columns in CAS.
