Hey, thank you for the nice comment. That`s strange, are you sure that you have put the custom content and the tray files of the sim in the correct folders? Also, have you enabled script mods, I am not sure if this can affect on CAS but try doing it if you haven`t. Also, there might be some custom content which require having stuff or game packs, a lack of a game, stuff or expansion pack can be causing the problem too.
