Oh for 'submissions area' you have to click on 'submit sims2' above TSR

1. The sims 2 submissions area
2. Agree to the terms and disclaimer
3. Upload 'Other - Single item '
4. Choose 'Sims, (female adult ipv)
5. Choose a name and discription , tags , credits etc.
6. Choose the EP which are needed (if none, don't choose)
7. Click on 'Browse on my computer'
8. Choose your sims2pack file and upload it, also choose the preview picture
9. Click on 'Uploads and select it and click on 'Submit'.
