I may just have to put your new beach house in my game. I'm trying to create houses again. Many years ago I created them for Sims 1 and had a website with a few other people. I love to landscape them. Back then I created "Pre-Landscaped" Lots and always left space for the downloader to create their own little slice of heaven...LOL.
