You don't need to download the mesh in the S3 but I assume you thought it's for the S4. Here is the S4 version : http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/1351624
But the mesh is included so you don't need it. If you read the description, I mention that the mesh is included. The link is for credit purposes only.
