Hi calimele A while back, TSR posed in the latest news that due to the different versions available of the game, that it can cause some problems....I'm thinking that this could be the case here. "If you downloaded a Sims 4 lot from us recently but it didn't appear in your game, this might be why: Turns out that EA went back to the Sims 2 game model in more ways than we originally thought. Aside from leaving out the ability to recolor furnishings in the game (CASt), if someone builds a lot using content from a version of the game that you don't have (such as the deluxe edition), then you won't see that lot. Fortunately there is a workaround - on the left side menu in the My Library section of the gallery, there is a button labeled Advanced. Click that button, then add a check mark for the option to 'Include Unowned Content'. Installed lots that you previously could not see should now appear" ....let me know if this helps! fingers crossed!!

Hi Calimele...I see you're having issues getting my house, Juneau to look like it should. Did you read the Creator Notes? There are mods and custom content that need to be installed separately, make sure to do this before starting your game and placing the house.. Also, you'll need to go into your game options and enable Script Mods for the cc to show up, then restart your game. Make sure to follow the instructions on the mods and type the cheats into the cheat window. Hope this helps, if you need further assistance, send me a message. Enjoy!
