Hi caroline, so sorry for the delay in answering. After you click download, be sure to save the file in EAGames, Sims2, Downloads folder. Find the little 3 book icon with the file name and right click on it. Then choose Extract here. In a few seconds a sims2pack with the file name will appear, probably at the bottom of your downloads list. Double left click on it and the game installer will open. Click install. Start the game and you should find the house in your lots and houses catalog in the neighborhood screen. Best of luck!
