Hello! Thank you for commenting on my Lady Gray Hospital. I'm sorry that it's not base game compatible but I find it extremely difficult to use only base game items while having all expansion packs.

Hi! Welcome to TSR!! I would love to include hair but I am not allowed to. If you look at the hair it says TSRAA no on it which means we are not allowed to use it on uploaded sims. I can show it but you have to get it and add it yourself. Hope you have fun simming!!
