Sleepy Hollow: Tiker's Mill
An interesting combination of old wood and crumbling stone is the base for this house. Small but roomy house and is perfect for a family just starting out. House comes with an invisible driveway by roddyaleixo. A special thanks to Olemantiker at InSIMenator, who has been most kind, allowing me to recolor and use his 'slatted' windows and door for this house. I have always loved these items and have used them for a long, long time in my game. The windows and door adds a special touch to Tiker's Mill, and this lot was named in honor of him! He is such a sweetheart!!! Tiker's Mill pix:

A Haunting We Will Go!
I have put together some interesting wallcoverings for those of you who are into old, creepy houses. There will be 3 different sets (wallpaper/paneling/siding), for you to choose from. I thought it would be nice to supply a selection of wallcoverings for you so you can decorate your own .... old, haunted dwellings! All of the interior wallcoverings (wallpaper/Paneling) are new .... but you might recognize some of the sidings. I have used a few of them for some of my houses.Sleepy Hollow: Boleyn Manor
Bit of a rambling house. Only 2 bedrooms (good-sized ones), and one bath, but there is room to add on for a growing family. Oh, and there is an attic for those that have been bad! If you happen to be following this series (Sleepy Hollow) .... I am not following any particular guidelines in terms of design. I'm just trying to make the lots suitably old and creepy. Boleyn Manor ...

Sleepy Hollow: Trembly Cross Manor
This is a big house with many rooms but is on a small lot. I usually use the small lots because medium or large lots really slow down my game. Here are some pix for you.... and I love Cyclonesue's Spiral Stairs!

Sleepy Hollow: Kinney Cottage
A rather small home, moderately creepy with 3 bedrooms. Not bad for the location and price. Partial furnished ... but enough vitals to get your Sims going.

Sleepy Hollow: GreyBones Manor
I actually had the time today to package this and get it uploaded. I hope some of you will like this house. It is odd ... with a funny covered bridge walkway. I am strange ... the house is strange ... etc, as usual, LOL!

New Series of Houses
Yes, yes ... I am alive! I have been so busy at school these past 4 ... or is it 5 weeks(?). My students can now actually sit in their chairs without falling off of them, they can stay awake for the entire school day ... and all the whining and crying has finally stopped (no, not the kids ... me, lol!) So I am back to creating ... The new series (that will run through October) will of course consist of old, creepy houses. What could be better for October? I have one lot finished, just need to package it ... and to give you a hint of what is to come ... I will show you the 'banner' heading ... if you have been downloading my other lots ... you'll have a pretty good idea what the houses will look like, lol!!!
Angels Galore
This set has 8 portraits to choose from. Different artists/different styles. Personally, I like angels very much ....so I decided to put a small collection together. I did a search here at TSR ... and there weren't very many angel paintings available ... so I thought I would add a few for angel-lovers!!! Quality of paintings are better in-game than shown in preview pix ...
A 'Touch of Magic' Paintings
A set of 6 (oddish) magic-themed painting for your Simmies. I had fun putting these together and trying some 'aging' techniques from a tutorial for PSP. Maybe someone will be able to use them for decoration. And, when the set is published, in the idividual item photos the chair shown is by Helga86 here at TSR. It is her 'Saga' set. Beautiful colors and design and looks so wizardish! You might want to check her set out to brighten your cottages. Oh woe is me! Sorry to say ... today is my last day of vacation. I return to school tomorrow *hangs head and moans, loudly* ... so my 'creation' time will be less ... but I will squeeze in as much as I can. This photo is the first one I did that shows the 'set'. I decided to use a different one for my upload, but thought I'd post this first layout just for a preview ...
Bannoch Village: Mrs. Figg's Cottage
A special cottage for all you cat lovers! Arabella Figg once lived here(of Harry Potter fame) and her furnishings reflect her unique personality. Bright colors, odd mismatched items, strange arrangements, and kitty things everywhere. That's Arabella for you! Yes this is a small cottage .... but I did put a guest house in the back, also remembered the driveway space this time, and there is plenty of room to build additional rooms. Sorry that the file is so large for download (around 10MB) ... but I can't stop myself from using other people's meshes ... I just love them and they add so much to the feel of the cottage. I know those of you with dial-up connections just hate me ... I used to have dial-up myself ... and it took forever to download sometimes ... course it helped me a bit because then I'd go and clean house for a while, lol! Arabella Figg's Cottage:
