I use those lamp's constantly ( lots of 'wizarding', meadieval and pirating type N'hoods) and the maxis lamps just dont work there do they? Theres a few nice oil lamps here on TSR, to. And as for not waking up with your alarm clock ... I 'bet' you wake up at that time anyhow! lol, I know I do! Anyhow... enjoy your vacation time!

A lot of the younger generation dont do 'tea' anymore, not in the traditional vein, but you get wonderfult tea shop's that serve what is often refered to as a cream tea .... wonderful! And that California weather sounds wonderful to me! Im sitting here in the UK wondering if the flooding is anywere near me yet! lol

I adore that stove/couldron to $\:\)$ As for british Tea time's ... well, there were 2 types of tea, High-tea and afternoon/Low tea. Afternoon tea was traditionally served between 3PM and 5PM at a low table, and consists of three courses (assorted crustless finger sandwiches and savories, scones with Devonshire (clotted) cream and preserves and assorted finger sweets and petit fours.) High tea was traditionally served between 5PM to 7PM and took the place of dinner. Served at a high table with place settings. The food was heartier and consist of salads, one or two hot dishes, pot pies, cold chicken, sliced meats, cakes, fruit tarts, custards and fresh fruits Very victorian huh? $\:\)$

hi, galilea i'm starting a new neibourhood with this kind of medival/victorian/historical look about it and your houses fit in really nicely ( well, most of them ) and i wil definatly keep an eye ( or 2 ) on your work. thank you for taknig the time to put these houses together. denise

Your houses are beautiful! I absolutely adore them all! But unfortunately, several of them appear to be off-line or something as they have the little red X over the diskette button.
